This level of communication continued right through our journey until the point of exchange of contracts. Instead of wondering how inspections went on a weekly basis we were kept up to date by phone calls each Saturday, Monday and Friday followed up by an email with names of prospective purchases and their thoughts on our property. We are very happy with Jason and the team who recently sold our Apartment. Only one thing I could fault the whole process. I had booked a private viewing of the property and on arrival the agent sent had also brought along a second person and he seemed more interested in dealing with him than myself when the two of us were there as he was looking for an investment. I thought this was a bit unprofessional I would understand if it had been an open home or the owners were in residence but the property was unoccupied. I also in hindsight wonder if this is the reason we had to pay more than the purchase price to get the property.
