Only one thing I could fault the whole process. I had booked a private viewing of the property and on arrival the agent sent had also brought along a second person and he seemed more interested in dealing with him than myself when the two of us were there as he was looking for an investment. I thought this was a bit unprofessional I would understand if it had been an open home or the owners were in residence but the property was unoccupied. I also in hindsight wonder if this is the reason we had to pay more than the purchase price to get the property.
