This property was new to the market when I saw it online. Tash showed me through it on the Thursday before Christmas and was kind enough to fit me in for a second look with my daughter on the weekend. She clearly knew the vendor well and was full of genuine enthusiasm for the property and for Creswick without being in any way a “pushy” salesperson. I had been looking for a tree change dream for years and fell in love with this little house and its lovely garden. I made an offer on the Saturday night and Tash rang me (on the Sunday!) to tell me the offer was accepted, four days after my first look. Because it was just before Christmas everything was about to close including conveyancer, and pest and building inspectors. Tash assured me it would be fine to do all the formalities when business resumed after the holiday and having had my offer accepted the property was off the market. Having been gazumped in a city property transaction a long time ago it was a breath of fresh air to work with someone so ethical. Tash was able to put me in touch with local services for conveyancing, building and pest which made life very easy. I know an agent works for their vendor but in this case I’m sure both the vendor and I are winners. I haven’t settled yet but all is going smoothly towards the settlement date and I look forward to getting the keys from Tash in March.
