This is my 26th year in real estate and I have absolutely loved every day. The reality is there is nothing I am more passionate about than this job. Working in the local real estate market for over 25 years, has provided me with the ability to share a wealth of experience and knowledge with people that need the best real estate advice and information. I love it when people ask me “What can I do to increase the value of my home?” I think this area is my real specialty. Letting them know cost effective ways to increase the value of their home by $10,000, $20,000 or even $40,000 is hugely satisfying. One of the highlights I enjoy most is the expression on a client’s face when they receive an offer on their home higher than they expected because they followed my advice. This feels as if I am handing them a bonus cheque, saying “This was my gift to you. Thank you for letting me be a part of selling your home” My goal is to create a positive experience for my clients. Selling a property is a daunting process for most, so I like to take the worry away. I have found what most of my clients respect about me is my honesty. When people ask me to sell their home my number one priority is to show them that they have made the right decision in trusting me. I want to be remembered as the agent selling homes for the highest sale prices. How do I get these results for my clients? I analyse every property from front to back. I spend hours researching the market, as research is the key. I am at photo shoots moving my clients furniture around so it presents well in photos. I will do what it takes to achieve the best result. You will not see me run from difficult situations. I am fully committed from start to finish, ensuring that I achieve the very best sale price for every single one of my clients. Do you want to know what I love most? It is this.
