Painless and Easy

I was introduced to Cliff through my neighbours after they sold their house. He was prompt in coming to have a look at my house, and very calmly and directly explained the process and my options. I wanted a long settlement due to having a new build happening, and since I had 2 houses worth of items in my house wasn't interested in people walking through or making everything look pretty or even having it actively advertised. Honestly, I didn't want to deal with any of it, so was probably an absolute headache of a client. Literally not wanting to do anything that would actually help them sell it. And they respected that. Between the signing on with them and the signing of the initial sale contract, there was little notes and touch bases. Nothing was forced, nothing was pushed. The calls were always "how are you going" and never "we need to do something". Once the contract was signed, there was still little notes and touch bases with how everything was going. They made the process painless, easy and something I barely had to think about. The sale of my house was something I had been dreading, just the idea of a long process and people in every weekend was something I truly didn't think I could handle. You might think "painless and easy" doesn't mean much, but it meant so much to me and I can't really put into words how much I appreciate and am grateful to Cliff and his team for that.
