Highly recommend these guys. The principal, Jim, very responsive and professional. Motivated and maintains good communication throughout the selling process. Enthusiasm undiminished despite his decades of experience. Does not bog you down trying to explain/sell you complex sales processes like other agents, just gets on with the job.

Jim has been prepared to go beyond all expectations in making this sale happen. He has been in touch every step of the way, including after the sale was settled, has been available for advice, support and help with all the issues along the way, even out of hours, and has been very open and fair in negotiations for both myself as buyer and the sellers as well. Together with his office staffer, Katelyn, Jim made the complicated process of buying the house (while I was living interstate) so easy. He arranged the building inspection, which worked out very well, and represented me at the settlement. He has even sorted out lawn mowing at the property until I can move there later in the year. I can only say that Jim runs the very best real estate practice I have ever experienced or heard of. He is sensible and considerate and never wastes your time. Thankyou so much Jim !

When queried about certain aspects the seller didn't seem to know, however, the questions we asked were available to be found on the internet. The agent informed me that the neighbours that were not looking after the rental and had numerous boats a horse float and many cars were moving out in the next 2 weeks. Alas they are still there. This was a reason I was buying as they were leaving. I had a parcel arrive for the previous tenant and informed the agent who told me he would pick it up and forward it to her, This was 5 months ago and once again it is still here. Fairly disappointed, obviously just after the sale.
