Market knowledge is very sound. Did not return calls when asked and always seemed to be in dead zones to communicate. Frustrating. No reply to emails very frustrating sometimes. He’s a great closer and will do things his way. Never offered to introduce the buyer even to communicate transfer so I’m not sure if I’d use him on my next sale.

Andrew was professional and helpful in the purchase of my property. However, what I thought I was buying was not what I got. The photos and description showed a clean house in good condition. When I moved in, I found most of the lights didn't work, using the range hood short circuited half the house, none of the locks worked, the toilet leaked, the "timber floorboards" were clickclack, there were major drainage issues, a section of weatherboards had been removed and dumped on the lawn, the gutters were blocked, a bedroom door was entirely missing, there were eight holes in the walls and it was overgrown at time of settlement. I paid top dollar and would have appreciated a more accurate representation of the true state of the property.

Kevin was confident with his knowledge of the market and the value of the property. He proposed a sale price of what I considered well above market value however was able to sell for the price and in a short timeframe. Generally communication was good providing updates on actions being undertaken to sell the property however this waned a bit toward the end of the period of the sole agency agreement.
