Nick was impeccably helpful throughout the whole sale process. The initial discussion on marketing and valuation was sensible and two way, even though we differed a little on the market assessment. The recommendation on the reserve price before auction was also a point for discussion as I felt it was pitched a bit low given comparable sales. All subsequent queries were dealt with in a timely fashion and any development communicated promptly. In the end the reserve price issue was resolved sensibly and Nick's preparation for and work at the actual auction helped secure a very good price despite the limited number of bidders. Nick has good relationships with all the support services too eg maintenance people, auctioneer and cleaners established and maintained over a long period and, as a result, all issues along the way were dealt with promptly at a fair cost. Nick also provided good follow through between contract exchange and settlement. It was a pleasure working with Nick and I would not hesitate recommending him for inclusion in the agents you assess to manage your sale.

Nick's real estate business isn't in the Cronulla area where our sale property was located area so we initially thought we maybe disadvantaged by an agent not directly in the local area. However he came highly recommended and he didn't disappoint. Nick was thorough, communicated regularly, was courteous to the tenant and other parties and was well informed of the market conditions. On the auction day he and his team did a great job working with the bidders resulting in a higher that hoped for sale price. In summary would highly recommend him.
