Best property management - PRD Mildura

My experience with Simone and the team at PRD Mildura has been exceptional from start to finish. After purchasing my investment property, Simone took the lead in coordinating the preparation work required to get the property tenant-ready. She organised and managed the painting and flooring works, sourcing quality tradespeople and ensuring I received outstanding value for money. The entire process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with minimal effort required from me. What impressed me most was Simone’s ability to seamlessly manage every aspect of the property. From coordinating the renovation works to marketing the property and securing tenants, everything was executed to an incredibly high standard. Not only was the property leased quickly, but she was also able to achieve a rental return that exceeded our expectations by more than 10% above the market rent we initially anticipated. Throughout the entire journey, communication was outstanding. Simone was always transparent, proactive, and kept me informed every step of the way. Such a relief to have a caring property manager.

As we had been out of the rental market for nearly 30 years we were very unsure about the whole process, and found it a little daunting. Having Lauren on our side to take us through the steps, was very reassuring. She was always happy to take our calls, and very patient in explaining the steps we had to take. Lauren understood our unique needs in a house and found us the absolute perfect property - it really was such a relief to have her help us.
