I personally have worked in the industry for 30 years myself, and it is rare in this industry to come across someone who does not think of themselves & their commission first. Carol is to be commended for treating people with decency and respect and will give you the time needed in order to get what you need, whether you are a buyer or seller. My investment purchase was based on providing long term secure housing for my elderly parents who are currently renting and soon to have no home when the owner of their current home sells the property.
