Paul and Paula have been very professional and supportive throughout the entire process. We met up with them and their colleague Alex numerous times before both properties hit the market, during which time they explained to us in detail how the entire process works and how to achieve the best price in the current market. Once a strategy had been decided, PRD's marketing team organized a photo-shoot for both homes and quickly put together the online sales documents to make sure everything looked stunning in preparation for launch. Anyone who wanted to have a look at the homes could either use the online tools or were free to call Paul and Paula directly if they had any questions. Open home events were organized every week, during which Paul and Paula would always attend to visitors personally, and afterwards they sent us a written update on how things were progressing, whether they felt any tweaks needed to be made to the sales strategy, and which potential buyers needed extra attention. Once the homes were sold, they acted as the intermediary between us and the buyers and handled everything from final inspections to finally handing over the keys.
