Best agent I have ever dealt with.
After having a very awful experience with a previous agent in the past I was very dubious & cautious of enlisting another agent. From the moment I met Paula I knew she would be my next agent & she was. After our initial meeting my fears, concerns & apprehension were immediately gone. Paula was constantly keeping me updated & in touch. Her professionalism & pleasant, polite nature were definitely a great asset to have at open house. I believe this also went a long way in the actual sale, which I ended up getting top dollar for. Paula will be on speed dial the next time I chose to buy or sell. Thanks Paula :)

exceptional service
Mark Kentwell and his colleague Jesse Wilton are professional and great customer service people who were always available. They promptly returned calls or arranged to meet face to face understanding that selling your home is not just a financial /business decision but also an emotional one. They went above and beyond during openings when we were overseas by collecting our mail and watering our plants. Mark and his team are friendly, flexible and always respectful. PRD are also happy to organise and communicate with your legal reps making it an easy process.

Very Professional service.
We chose to sell our family home with Mark because of the overall way Mark promoted his service as "a team" approach. We were impressed, not just with Mark and Jesse, but how all arms within PRD co ordinated to make the daunting process of selling occur with ease. Professional, efficient and organised.
Both Jessie and Mark offered exemplary customer service throughout the sales process. Initial meetings were comprehensive and provided in depth market analysis of sales in the Cooks Hill and surrounding areas, this allowed an informed judgment on marketing strategies and sales of similar houses on the market. Communication was prompt and supportive, emails and calls were always returned from not just the agents , but also other divisions of PRD supporting the sales and marketing process of our home. PRD are an enthusiastic and motivated team who we would work with again in the event of future purchases and sales.
