Greedy and unprofessional

To begin with rob was great. Great communication and very professional. However our place was listed on the market, lawns very untidy, hedges very overgrown. Place didn’t look good at all. In 3 days we got offered asking price, which led me to believe that I was correct in it being listed too low in price. I believe he listed it lower for a quick sale to make his money with minimal effort. Anyway once we accepted offer all communication stopped. I had to contact office and ask for the settlement date. I was given wrong date, I was originally told it was 19th December, which would have been great right before Xmas. Anyway got the paperwork from solicitors and it said not the mid Jan. I then contacted PRD office again and was told that yes it wouldn’t be until Jan. I afterwards asked for a price for another property of ours and the figure rob gave me was actually $300k below the price it got valued at. He made a lot of more out of our sale for very little work. Truely dissapointed
