Dean was really attentive and his communication was outstanding. No question was too trivial. We appreciated his honesty about the market and about feedback from potential buyers. I’d have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends.

Dean was easy to communicate with and a good advocate for the vendors. We appreciated his assistance with recommending local conveyancers and staying after hours on a Friday night to organise the exchange of contracts.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Dean Sperotto of PRD Oatley. In the selling of my late aunty's house . I live in FNQ and Dean kept me well informed every step of the way till the house sold at auction abo e reserved price. So very happy with that outcome in the current property market . I found Dean to be very helpful and genuine. I would highly recommend Dean if you are selling or buying a house in the Oatley area. Yours truly Brad Hall , Cairns.
