I knew I'd made the right choice as soon as I entered the agency. As an inexperienced vendor, selling on behalf of an elderly Aunt, Dean and his colleague, Kylie, instantly put me at ease with their genuine interest, kindness, and professionalism. They spent time explaining the whole process to me, discussed the local market and the auction process on which we had decided. Nothing was too much trouble, no question too stupid. They made the whole experience a very positive one, guiding and assuring us when we were unsure. We were nervous on sale day, but had no need to be as the auction was wonderful, the price above our reserve and we got to meet the lovely purchaser which made it very special.
