Dean is the dream package you can ask for in an agent. I read his profile and met him at the workshop he organised for those “thinking of selling their home”. It was insightful and really worth attending and a chance to meet the team informally. Dean assisted with important advice on getting my property ready and provided valuable contacts to key tradies who are reliable and affordable. Dean is worth his weight in GOLD!!

I met Dean Sperotto at an open house and explained what type of unit I wanted to purchase. Soon after I received a call to say they had a unit I may be interested in viewing - he arranged a viewing soon after our conversation and I was very interested in the unit they had shown me. The sale was done very quickly and professionally. Thank you for helping me find my unit.

James & his team worked collaboratively with us from the beginning to the final settlement. James was always helpful in his suggestions in dealing with the sale. The promotion of the sale brought many people to the open house viewings. We were very grateful for his understanding & kindness in dealing with two novices who hadn’t been through this experience before. We would highly recommend James Walters & his team!

Being my first property purchase, I well appreciated Deans opinions and knowledge of the area. I found Dean had a professional approach and was always willing to answer any questions we had. Dean gave me much information to assist with my purchase. It was evident that Dean wanted to achieve the highest price by also ensuring his buyers were well informed and having us increase our offer continually till we couldn’t anymore. Dean was pleasant to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending him whether you’re thinking of selling or buying. Thanks again Dean for your help
