Noel had detailed market and product knowledge. We have known him for many years. He presented his case for a higher expected price than other agents, and then went out to achieve it. We felt that Noel was working in our best interests and not just to achieve a sale. He did many Open Houses and provided feedback each time, so we were aware of what was going on.
