Supportive & Extremely Knowledgeable
Michael has a very pragmatic approach and is an extremely knowledgeable agent in the Palm Beach market. We were very happy with the result for the sale of our home, and particularly in the purchase of our new home which he was also marketing. The latter was a particularly challenging process, however, Michael was very supportive and played a key role in getting the purchase across the line.

Experienced and Reassuring Agent
As a first time buyer of a challenging property in an overheating market, Michael's experience and knowledge of the market was most reassuring. There is always an element of doubt on the buyer's side when dealing with a seller's agent but Michael's advice proved to be correct. There were some challenges with access when settling the property and Michael helped navigate the issues to close the sale without requiring contract amendments. The property is great and I'm happy.

Well organised and on time!
Michael always kept us informed of Real Estate Market trends and changes without ever putting any pressure on us to change our price, or any other things associated with the sale. All open inspections and appointments were well organised and on time without ever a hitch, even though the access to the property was different than most.
