Daniel was a fantastic agent to deal with from start to finish of the sale of my property. He was fair and flexible with the agreement of our contract and he has a great team that makes the preparation of the sale fast and smooth. He negotiated the sale so well it sold after the first open home. Later we came across a few issues following a building inspection, and even though the contracts were signed and he could have left it for myself to deal with Daniel still continued to look after and organise the resolution between myself, strata, builders, tenants and the buyers to ensure the issue was resolved and the sale kept on track. I would definitely recommend both Daniel and all his team at PRD in penrith for selling property in that area.
