Our office consists of a Property Management Department and Sales, Business Agents and an Auction Department with two in-house Auctioneers and we can also refer you to many additional services including local solicitors, financial advisors and/or brokers and valuers. Great communicator, thorough and knowledgeable

Where Daniel goes, we go. When you ask him a question, he gets back to you promptly and with a proper answer, not one wrapped in corporate jargon. Hands down the Best Agent....

Dan put me at ease immediately when my tenant left with very little notice. He quickly coordinated his team of tradies and completed the reno in just two weeks. Throughout the process, Dan kept me informed with weekly progress updates and photos, which gave me complete confidence that everything was on track. His quotes were reasonable, transparent, and clearly itemised, making it easy to understand exactly where the money was being spent. Dan's recommendations on the best "bang for buck" renovations were spot on. The unit looked fantastic once the work was completed, and he found me a new tenant within 24 hours of listing it. Best of all, the reno delivered an impressive 52% annual ROI.
