Daniel Moddel has been is my property manager for over 15 years.

During this time Daniel was showing real dedication to the management of my properties. He renovated two of my properties which became much more rentable to good long term tenants. Daniel was consulting with me about the best choices and showing the improvements. He did this with good grace, resolving arising problems with Strata also. Daniel has a friendly and helpful personality. He communicates effectively with me and tenants so any problems resolved quickly. Just two months ago I was on holiday without communication, when one of my long term tenant gave vacation notice. I did have to be worried. Because Daniel was able to lease the property before it became vacant for an excellent price. I'm happy to recommend Daniel Moddel to anyone looking for professional and dedicated property manager.

Daniel at PRD calls back, Reliable and Dependable

Excellent Service from Daniel for any matters - such as broken blinds, tenant questions etc , Daniel always calls back with solutions - its just that simple - why don't all agents work his way !! He even visits the property he is managing - if you want the best property management , get Daniel from PRD to assist with your rental.
