I live in a country/regional area and have a property in Sydney that I needed to lease out. I spoke with several property management teams and PRD Perez Realestate were by far the most professional, they had great market knowledge, and Daniel was super efficient with his actions. Being country based relying on an agents knowledge and performance is even more important, the team at PRD Perez Realestate literally walked me through the process and coordinated everything effectively and very efficiently, from leasing/open homes/maintenance needs etc, nothing was a problem. I would definitely recommend PRD Perez Realestate to anyone in the market.
