During this time Daniel was showing real dedication to the management of my properties. He renovated two of my properties which became much more rentable to good long term tenants. Daniel was consulting with me about the best choices and showing the improvements. He did this with good grace, resolving arising problems with Strata also. Daniel has a friendly and helpful personality. He communicates effectively with me and tenants so any problems resolved quickly. Just two months ago I was on holiday without communication, when one of my long term tenant gave vacation notice. I did have to be worried.
