I loved the honesty, compassion and respect. Advertising and Marketing was excellent the photos were a true reflection of the unit. Receiving inspection updates and feedback throughout the sale period was fascinating to read and gave me understanding of what potential buyers were looking for also letting me know how many groups went through the property on that day and if any requests were required ie. strata report or contract. For a first timer I found the experience a positive one, Veronica and her team were very helpful and I felt at ease when talking over the phone. Also the communication with my tenant was paramount which I was very grateful for.
