Veronica was the agent that we bought our house from. From the beginning she was friendly and was always in touch with updates when she had said she would be. Covid provided some challenges for all parties but Veronica went out of her way to work with us and assist in us buying the house. There were some additional complications with settlement that were outside her control and are very grateful for the lengths Veronica went to during this time to help us. It was an incredibly stressful time for us and the steps that Veronica took were over and above what she was required to do. It helped us immensely.
