Phillipa appraises any properties that we don't currently manage for lease and organises the onboarding of new rental properties to the market. Phillipa’s career started in Newcastle and then the Upper Hunter leading her to the Bay 4.5 years ago. With Phillipa’s well-rounded knowledge of the real estate industry, she is a perfect fit as our Business Development Manager and specialises in helping investors looking to lease their properties. Phillipa will also provide her knowledge and experience on how to best market and present the property to achieve a higher rent, increase tenant demand, and in turn look to increase the value of your biggest investment.
