Integrity, Patience and Market Knowledge
It is rare that I write reviews; but Erin, the representative agent for Dane Queenan, more than deserves my time to write these few word. Erin, patiently and diligently, used her knowledge of the marketplace and what I indicated to her that I required, to enable me to purchase a unit in Nelson's Bay in a matter of only a few weeks. From the very beginning I was so impressed by Erin's honesty, as well as her willingness to listen to what I was looking for. She accepted my declines of units she initially suggested with understanding, despite the fact I sensed disappointment in his voice. Only a few weeks later I got a message from her telling me that she thinks she has found exactly what I was looking for. And she was right. I could go on and on praising Erin's sincerity reflected in the manner in which she related to me, as well as her willingness to use her skills to find me a home I wanted; but I fear that potential buyers may stop reading what I write. Suffice it to say that some people might argue that a Real Estate Agent's main purpose is to sell property. While this is certainly true, the selling can be done with honesty, integrity and concern for the needs of the buyer, or it can be achieved in a mischievous or devious manner, or somewhere in between. Erin, without any doubt, falls into the first category, thus reflecting the values and standards of the company she works for. I sensed this quality in her from the very beginning; and it is for this reason that told her that I was not going to use any other agents apart from PRD. As far as my interactions with Erin go, and as a first contact with the company she works for, Erin must be regarded as a most valuable asset. l shall always be grateful that our paths crossed.

Management and eventual sale of my Investment Unit
Have had my investment unit in Nelson Bay managed by PRD for almost 12 years, and have had no issues, with detailed updates, inspection reports and prompt responses to any queries. I highly recommended my current Property Manager Caitlin De Pater if you are looking for a top quality property manager. I recently needed to sell the Unit, and got such a prompt response from Dane and Erin, with the Unit sold off market, am so very thankful to PRD for their assistance over the years, has been the best investment that I have ever made. Dane has a superb team at PRD Port Stephens
