I've known PRD at Shoal B ay these past 9 years under the leadership of Its Principal Bruce Gair, Licensee and this is the first property that has been marketed for me by both Bruce and Ben George. Ben has kept me informed on a regular basis in respect of inspections and market feedback, buyer profiles, comparable sales. I applaud Ben for the diligent and strategic manner in which he ensured the sales process was rolled out smoothly. Great agent with maturity beyond his years and a pleasure to deal with. Ben has set the bar high for others to aspire to. Can't thank you enough Ben ( and of course Bruce), I've dealt with other agents in the bay but there is no going past Ben and Bruce at PRD Shoal Bay.
