Nikki was a pleasure to deal with
I had confidence in Nikki local market knowledge based on her extensive professional experience in this area. I appreciated the time she was willing to devote to explaining the processes to me and her support throughout. I was happy with our communications and did not feel pressured to undertake any course of action until I was ready to proceed. All marketing strategies were undertaken as agreed and I felt confident the property was promoted to the optimum level it could have been. I believe negotiations with proposed buyers were handled well and the final sale price achieved was beyond my expectations.

You'll not find any better!
From the get go, we knew we were going to find our dream house through Nikki. She listened to our wish list, understood what we were looking for and went to work. Obviously working within what was on the market, Nikki took us to properties that fitted the bill. No pressure at any point! She worked along with us at our pace. Once we were ready to make an offer she and the PRD team did their magic. Nothing was too much trouble, ever. She worked with us and the previous owner to make it all happen and happen smoothly. So highly recommended!!!

Nikki was very professional in all aspects and couldn't do enough to assist with anything required to complete the Sale.
