The worst landlord experience ever
The definition of mismanagement is "PRD Burleigh". From the outside of failed to implement the original contractual agreement with the tenant to a confusing array of personnel as to you in actually responsible. Main Issues: - Tenancy set up - Timeliness of communication - had to follow all the time - Lack of clear ownership of the team - Who is Responsible in the team and a real lack of ownership and excuses - Tenancy leaving and dispute was poorly handled I would not recommend this agency to anyone with any serious quality property.

We would like to clarify that while the tenant did offer to pay the remaining lease term upfront, Queensland tenancy legislation does not permit this to be enforced, and break lease compensation is strictly legislated and outside the control of the agency.
