The PM team at PRD Burleigh Heads had my property leased after first open. They secured two solid applications immediately and when the first applicant couldn't progess, the second applicant stepped in to take over the lease. As I live remotely, PRD handled everything relating to cleaning,lawns etc to get the property ready for the tenant. It was so easy. Could not recommend them highly enough. Avy Buckingham and her team are the ultimate professionals. Nothing is too much trouble whether it be organising the replacement of broken appliances or paying body corporate fees etc, they are very good at what they do. They look after my property and have managed to vet excellent tenants for what would normally be my home so it is important that they look after my property. I rate them very highly.
