I cannot recommend John, Shelley Ben, Meghan & the whole team at PRD Burleigh Heads and Tallebudgera highly enough! From the moment we began working with them, it was clear we were in excellent hands. Their team was not only professional and trustworthy but also incredibly receptive to input, they listened and implemented innovative strategies which assisted in selling the house in a tight time frame. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is exceptional!

I had contact with Ben Fields for some months prior to the property I bought was listed with John Fischer. Ben was receptive to what type of house I was looking for and was very helpful. Ben is a personable and very knowledgeable agent for PRD and John Fischer. He always had time for my queries and listened to what my feedback on various properties was. I would be happy to recommend John Fischer's team to assist with either selling or purchasing property.

Alex was phenomenal!! He sold our property in 4 days with one open and well above the price we wanted. We have sold 5 properties over the last decade and we were blown away by Alex's clear and regular communication. We will definitely use Alex again.

Alex was very reliable throughout the purchasing process. He kept us informed of updates along the way and troubleshooted any issues we encountered. Alex’s professional demeanour and friendly nature are a lovely balance during what can be a stressful time. Would happily work with Alex again in the future and recommend him to my friends and family.

Paula made us feel welcome from the moment we met. Definitely has very sound market knowledge and could answer our questions easily and confidently. Made us feel relaxed and gave us extra time at end of half hour open home to let us really get a good feel for this house. It was great to think we were valued by Paula. Her timeliness and communication was excellent. Follow up has been first class and nothing has been a trouble to Paula. As the vendors agent Paula has certainly done a first-rate job
