This is the second time we have used Adam and Sarah to sell our home. They were always available and provided clear communication to us. They are extremely knowledgeable about the property market in Miami and Burleigh Waters and gave us confidence that the offer they had for us was the best. They are a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process stress free.

Adam had excellent knowledge of the current market place, especially the location of the property to put on the market. Adam and Melissa were exceptional communicators, efficient, reliable, trustworthy, quick to respond and most helpful in advice with other matters regarding the sale of the property as well. I would not hesitate to recommend their excellent services to future clients.

This is my third sale that John has negotiated for us and we have been extremely satisfied with the whole process. He is constantly in touch with us and keeping us up to speed on the sale from start to finish .We can only suggest to future sellers that he will deliver the goods for you and without any doubts that you have received the best deal.

We cannot speak highly enough of Paula. We’ve now had the benefit of both buying & selling our property with her & regardless of whether you’re the purchaser or vendor, Paula ensures it’s a WIN/WIN outcome for everyone! She is the most professional, personable & knowledgeable agent you’ll find; particularly in the Burleigh to Palm Beach market! We had high expectations with price & not only did Paula exceed them, but she made the whole process seamless & even organized last minute landscaping!

It’s not often I can say that I feel entirely comfortable in dealing with a real estate agent, however with Dean I felt that he was genuinely interested in helping both the seller and purchaser. During the course of my purchase…. from viewing the property, the offer process, contracts, and pre and post settlement Dean was both professional and engaging. Nothing was too much trouble and he followed up on all of my requests. I felt confident about his knowledge of the market and the property.

Dean was very ethical and professional resulting in a very good experience selling our apartment and a very good result. We highly recommend Dean and the team supporting him! Thanks so much

This is the second time we have used Adam and Sarah to sell property in the Burleigh, Miami area. We found them very knowledgeable and honest about property values and guided us to another great result. They communicate very well are down to earth and professional. We are happy to recommend Adam and Sarah to anyone thinking of selling. A big thank you.

Adam was the agent we knew we would choose from the start! Sarah was easy going and attentive and the duo work well together! We sold off the market and with little stress which was what we felt was the right decision for us and I don’t think we would have got the same result with other local agents.

Paula’s communication was terrific, negotiation skills were outstanding, her understanding of all things real estate was great and she went above and beyond to do the little things that mattered!

Adam was recommended to me by a trusted business associate - which I'm very grateful for. Adam was professional, knowledgeable, astute and always on our side. He forecast a possible result higher than other (unsolicited) agents gave - which you might dismiss as an inflated estimate designed to get the listing, except that Adam was able to logically explain how that result could be achieved and then actually achieved it. I was delighted with the result and cannot recommend Adam more highly.
