Braiden Smith from PRD was fantastic to deal with, we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their property! Always made himself available to help with any questions or viewings and really provided an excellent service. Thank you Braiden, for making the purchase of our first home pleasurable.

We honestly could not recommend Braiden highly enough. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly and relaxed from the moment we met him. He was helpful with his suggestions for how to prep the house for sale and he followed up every time he said he would. His market knowledge meant that we got much more for our house than we would have with the other agents that we interviewed. He did a great job with our buyers who obviously trust and respect his opinion as much as we do. I would not hesitate to use Braiden again!

This is the second time we have used Braiden as our agent and could not be happier. He is friendly, efficient, hard working and communicative. Both our properties were sold within weeks. I would recommend him and use him again.

I interviewed 5 agents before selecting Braidan. I wasn't after a suit and a porsche. I wanted professional and honest. The product Braidan was marketing was affordable, in line with my expectations and achievable. He brought more than 60 people through my unit before sealing the deal. I'd recommend him!

Braiden worked very hard to achieve an excellent sale price for our mother's home. But for some minor issues arising from the building inspection, we would have achieved full asking price. He is an outstanding negotiator who works for the seller, no question about it. He did not at any time attempt to condition us for a price drop, working diligently to bring the buyer up to our expectations over a period of several days. He was definitely working hard for us as sellers, persistently and without being pushed. Braiden has a down to earth style, and is without pretence. He is absolutely reliable, honest and forthright. I am very satisfied with his service and wholeheartedly recommend him to prospective clients.
