Really everything was excellent (including communication, fairness and great result)

We are very experienced long term investment property investors and were extremely impressed with everything throughout the sales process including: (a) Market knowledge, (b) Fairness and integrity, (c) Negotiation (d) Agreeing with us the sales process and a sensible fair price range so that there was good interest and competition and a good price was achieved in a reasonable time period [we did not loose the benefit being able to sell in an initial window], (e) treated the existing tenant (our customer) + prospective purchasers + ourselves with great respect at all times and (f) clearly has a strong presence as someone all parties were very comfortable dealing with.

Jaden was fantastic selling my house—professional, driven and great communication. Highly recommend!

For a young real estate agent Jaden impressed me with his professionalism and genuine commitment. I always felt like my sale was a priority, not just another listing. I truly felt like he knew the market inside out, and that gave me real confidence along the way. From the very beginning Jaden was incredibly responsive, always quick to return calls and messages, and happy to answer any questions I had. He was great at keeping me updated throughout the whole process. He is confident and gave me advice that I felt I could trust. Jaden has plenty of energy, his attention to detail and his strong communication skills made the whole process feel smooth and well-managed. Great service quick sale
