Shawn and Jayden we're amazing they explained everything thing about to process they would always get back to me with all my questions promptly nothing was to much trouble they helped me organise other things that I had to do that wasn't part of there process nothing was ever to much trouble best experience and everything about it was easy they deliver everything they say they would highly recommend

Very knowledgable and professional but still approachable and re-assuring

As a first time seller I was a little naive of the process and nervous of how the market was going to behave in the current climate. Sean managed to relieve my anxiety and explained the process and their approach in simple terms. He instilled confidence that a buyer could be found in a reasonable timeframe. He was spot on. With a week of listing and after the first open house we had three offers within our range. Sean discussed these with me honestly and had excellent insights. I accepted an offer that was very pleasing and exceeded my expectations. Overall I could not be more pleased with the outcome and with Sean and his team.

A trusted advisor who truly understood our property

We were very happy with Darren’s professionalism, communication and persistence throughout the sale of our Sapphire Beach property. We chose Darren because he demonstrated a strong understanding of the Sapphire Beach market and neighbourhood, and had a genuine appreciation for the unique features and flexibility our property offered. From the outset, he took the time to understand what made the home special and who it would best appeal to. Our home appealed to a particular buyer market, and Darren worked hard to find the right purchaser rather than pushing us towards a quick sale. He listened to our feedback, was open to refining the marketing strategy to better target the right buyers, and kept us well informed throughout the campaign. Despite softer market conditions and longer selling timeframes, he remained positive, proactive and committed to achieving the best possible outcome. His professionalism, honesty and persistence ultimately resulted in a successful sale and a result we were very happy with. Amazing experience

We are so grateful for everything Sean and his team did for us throughout the sale of our home. From the very beginning he was incredibly friendly, responsive, and always made time for us whenever we had questions or needed advice. He genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for our family and worked hard to secure the price we were hoping for. It created a lot of trust.
