Excellent punctuality and communication
Understood the home and my experience as a first home buyer. Made the entire process feel smooth and swift, but not rushed. Communication and response time was well past my expectations and were very much appreciated. Answered every question I had, no matter how silly it felt, with a simple and easy to understand response. Very friendly and involved in the process, I felt very supported through this experience. Communicated well through the whole process
Wes kept in constant communication during the selling of our house. Organised times for viewing when it suited us. Got a price for our house that we were happy with.

Excellent communicator, honest and available
Emily made herself always available throughout the process, answered all questions and was honest when unsure, but always found the answer. Even went as far as calling after hours, past 7pm, to inform that my offer was accepted. She made purchasing a first house a total breeze and was greatly appreciated.
