When we sold our home in Perth last July we had the immense pleasure and good luck to have chosen an incredibly talented and dedicated Agent. She went well beyond the recognised duty of care an agent is expected to provide. We thought that could not be possibly repeated. Well it was, except we did not chose him..he choose us! While we were discussing our needs in the PRD Agency in Robina, he overheard us and came to offer us a potential prospect, not yet on the market. From that moment on we had the best man in the business and so had the vendor. He went beyond what is expected in helping us acquire that property. We had only 48 hours to make the deal before going back to Sydney where we based ourselves. The deal was not sealed by that time due to extra requests by the vendor. His personal commitment to us was amazing, the best any buyer could wish for. It did not end with the sale or settlement as he kept in touch with us since we moved in, and provided us with his best recommendations about tradesmen we may be wanted to use in the future as we told him we were looking at doing some modifications on the house. Dennis is an amazing real estate agent and a remarkable man. Agents of that calibre are rare. A sign of this normally is the repeat business an agent gets. This property was sold 3 times by him over years with different owners.
