After being beaten on two properties and pulling out of two properties after not being happy with the B&P inspections, we were finally successful on number 5. We were under a lot of stress with our timeframe to buy a house and Mark stood by us every step of the way to ensure we were able to meet this timeframe. Mark was always prompt replying to our enquires and would answer the phone even out of hours to help us secure our new home. He was honest and wasn't just out to 'sell a house' like other agents can tend to do. He was actually considerate and understanding of our situation and cared about our needs. We highly recommend Mark and will definitely keep in contact for our future properties.
