We have dealt with PRD Tannum and principal Deardrie for several years both rental and sales, we found Deardrie to be very honest and up front on our initial meeting to sell our pride and joy during a difficult market without many buyers. We did not have a great deal of interest at first then Deardrie came up with some positive sale strategies alternate advertising with open houses. They initiated interest !! Deardrie maintained contact throughout the period and also kept us up to date good or not so good news throughout. When we least expected during the peek of "Covid" she obtained an offer just as we were reluctantly considering putting it back on the rental market, proving she was working hard when behind the scenes when times are tough.
