Local Realtor Knowledge and Professionalism Invaluable

Successful sale of my house in Boyne Island
When I asked Dee to sell my house she advised that PRD would certainly like to sell my house but it might take 6 months in this current market. She suggested marketing the house at her top valuation.I followed her advice and dropped the price by a small amount after 4 1/2 months. I agreed a sale after 5 months for nearly the advertised value. The whole process was handled very professionally by Dee and her staff.
