my wife and i are very happy with emmanual . he has done a great job in selling our unit , it was difficult at times this sale , but he got us thru it quickly and successfully . he came up with a price which was spot on and quickly had a number or people thru the unit in a relatively short time . this too was difficult for him as the unit was a holiday rental ad he had to work around tenants and managers . we would thoroughly recommend emmanual voinot and his kingscliff team as the best people to sell any property in the area .
