We first came into contact with Ryan about 2 years ago when we decided to build a new house and were looking for an idea of the value of our current home. His valuation process was thorough and he led us through the then market using other sales that directly compared to our house. He kept our feet on the ground and our expectations realistic. He also guided us on the design and build process and the time it would all take. These pointers helped us develop the scope of our new house with a proper budget, not one based on rose coloured glasses. Ryan kept in contact but in an unobtrusive way, and gave us further advice as the build of our new house proceeded. As it came to fruition, Ryan gave us his advice on when to start the selling process, its timing in relation to best market conditions and what works we needed to do to make the property more appealing to potential buyers. These were all simple and easy to do. His timing was exquisite with photographs on a Friday, YouTube and Facebook the next Wednesday, his own website on Friday, first real inquiry that day, second on the Sunday which turned into an inspection on the Monday and an offer half an hour later which we accepted as it was within a thousand dollars of our jointly agreed price point. We subsequently met with the buyers who had formed the same view ie a very polite, professional and agreeable person to deal with and one who knew his market and his customers. All in all a pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable, personable, thorough and realistic. Knows the market and knows what sellers and buyers are looking for. Highly recommended.
