Catharina is experienced and professional and worked hard to sell my property. She is a great negotiator. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. 5*

Chris was awesome, he called and asked about what made us tick which ended up being important when negotiating the sale. We were not able to view the land and he sent me a video of the property without being asked to do so, he then sent our keys with no hassle. Amazing service

Chris sold us our home 17 years ago and has kept in touch with us over the years. When it came time to put our house on the market it was an easy decision to choose Chris. He has kept us up to date through the sale process and has gone out of his way to assist us with any queries or concerns we may had during the process. We would highly recommend Chris to anyone thinking of putting their property on the market.

Chris assisted with the end of the negotiations of purchase, Chris was very understanding and pleasurable to deal with. Chris made the negotiation process easy and fun, although we were on the other side of state due to a family emergency, Chris went to great lengths to ensure we had a fair opportunity to negotiate for the purchase of our new family property. Thanks mate, also a great bloke.

Chris recently sold our property at 18 Log Cabin Lane Carngham. Chris did a fantastic job and the property was sold quickly and for a price we were very happy with. We found Chris to have a great deal of valuable knowledge about real estate and our local area. He was friendly, approachable and was always available to show potential buyers through our property, resulting in a large number of buyers coming out and seeing our property. We would highly recommend Chris and we will certainly be using his services next time we sell a property.
