I worked with Richard over the course of about three months, looking at quite a few houses before finally landing on my perfect home. From the very first meeting, he really stood out as a straight up, down to earth guy with none of that fake, over-rehearsed real estate talk that makes your skin crawl. It honestly felt like I was dealing with a mate who knew the property game inside out rather than a salesperson. To make things even trickier, the first agent I dealt with before Richard was the complete opposite. The house I was looking at had zero permits for anything, including the house, which left me feeling rattled about the whole buying process. When I moved over to Richard, the difference was night and day. He was upfront about everything, explained things clearly, and made sure I knew exactly what I was looking at with every property. The first couple of places we saw together weren’t right for me, but Richard never pushed, never tried to sell me something I didn’t want, and never disappeared when it would have been easy to move on to the next buyer.
