While we were vetting potential agents, from the first meeting with Tim we knew instantly we had to get him back for a 2nd round. To structure his approach to us the client based on our values and expectations showed great attention to the words we said to him, we knew on that of these professional standards and behaviour we had found the right person to represent us. That is exactly the level of personal skill Tim displayed when dealing with prospective buyers, he was able to quickly identify the “tyre kickers” and focus on where the attention needed to be paid, on the back of the we asked for a no BS approach and that’s what we got. Tim pitched a market plan to us that we all agreed had a risk vs reward element to it, we agreed to it but it didn’t pay off, Tim was deterred he was ready for a plan B and a plan C (preparation is key) At no stage were we ever not on the same page, we were fortunate that we were under any time constraints and were willing to wait for the right buyer and to get the price we were after, Tim understood this and at no point did he ever suggest doing anything to the contrary, in fact he showed us great support in what we wanted. Overall my wife and I are pleased we chose Tim to represent us in selling our biggest asset, what can be a stressful period in life was made to be somewhat enjoyable when you have someone acting on your behalf who shows great skill to understand the people he is dealing with both client and buyers
