We ended our contract with another agent - one we were not happy with, and asked Tim to be our new agent ... best decision ever. His first question was ... "what do you want from me?" - our answer was "Honesty and Communication" two things that we hadn't had with other agency. From that first communication with Tim until even today Tim has been the best, we could not ask for anymore from an Agent - He did our Open Homes, (not an agent we had never met) we had feedback and he kept us updated with any negotiations or steps with possible buyers. Our House had an offer on it within days of listing with Tim, not once did I have that 'anxiety' that I felt with the previous agents. I cannot rate Tim Allen high enough - to say we are thrilled with Tim and the outcome of his high standard of workmanship/honesty/and making us feel like we are the only sellers he is looking after is an understatement!! Thankyou Tim for being you ... wish we had gone with you in the beginning.

It's difficult to articulate exactly how awesome Chris Leonard actually is. Without an ounce of pressure, Chris guided me into buying my dream home. Usually real estate agents give me anxiety, always unsure as to weather they actually have my best interests at heart. Chris is the polar opposite of this norm. Making people feel comfortable comes quite naturally to Chris, as its obviously embedded into his personal nature. I would have absolutely no qualms recommending Chris to anyone seeking to get into their own home. Give him a call. Do it. Now.

After buying our property through Chris several years ago we always knew that when it came time to sell there would be no one else we would trust with our investment. Chris is not only the ultimate professional but he kept us regularly updated throughout the whole process and achieved a result that we are thrilled with.

I have been recently widowed and decided to down size. Dytes Parade was on a long list of properties I intended to look at. Fortunately the property suited me perfectly, and Catharina's bright, cheerful personality made my decision so much easier. Catharina has a wide knowledge of the real estate industry in the Ballarat region and I felt confident that she would make the process of purchasing the property as stress free as possible. She was very good at giving me feedback and explaining some of the legal quirks of buying a property. I probably wasn't the easiest of clients, but I think Catharina handled the situation very well. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Selling my property at 22 Hillview Rd, was a rather traumatic experience, being recently widowed and very anxious about taking the step to sell the family home. Catharina was very patient and guided me through the process expertly. I felt that she went above and beyond to get me the best price in a difficult market. Catharina was also the agent handling the property I purchased, this worked very well for me.
