Penny supported us through the process of selling our home during a tumultuous time in the property market with rapidly rising interest rates. There were a few challenges which she professionally guided us through. Her recommendations for presentation and contractors were highly valuable. We can't rate her customer service and professionalism highly enough.

Tim is very knowledgeable of the current real estate market. Communicated well when getting the property ready to put on the market and after open for inspections. Worked well with the staff at PRD to market our property to the level it deserves. Tim was very approachable and listened to our needs.

Woking with Catharina was an absolute pleasure. Catherine provided marketing advice that was relevant to the Ballarat marketplace and not over-done. Sahe focussed on how she would achieve the outcome I wanted and how we could achieve them. For example, I spoke to a couple of other agents, who wanted to tell me about the ‘size of their database’ and ‘how many clicks they'd get’. Catharina focussed instead on the work she would do to convert clicks in to buy offers, by describing the features of my property ensuring they resonate with buyers to leading to action. Catherina was a professional from the quoting to closing and made the process very easy and professional. I would happily recommend Catherina to anyone selling and wanting great results.

I found Tash easy to deal with from the first phone call. She has a exceptional market knowledge and was honest in our expectations. Once she got to know us, she knew the types of properties we might like. We didn’t get swamped with emails of properties. Tash picked the ones suitable for us. I think she always looks for the best outcome for both vendor and purchaser Highly recommend Consider her a friend now!

Catharina provided a very high degree of service in all respects; knowledge of the market, marketing the property, keeping us informed on progress, pursuit of buyers. Catharina was able to secure a second buyer at a higher price when the first buyer faltered. She worked hard for the vendor from start to finish. We highly recommend Catharina to any potential vendor.
