The easiest decision we made in the entire selling process was to engage Vicki as our agent. This is not the first time we have used Vicki to sell real estate for us; her professionalism, approach-ability and high degree of market knowledge means that we do not see why you would look further afield. Real Estate agents are often maligned (and generally deservedly so, sadly) for their "sales talk" guff that sounds so exciting in the beginning only for there to be a large reality-check later. There is none of this "noise" with Vicki; she is straight with you from the outset, you know what to expect, what works and what doesn't and her results bear out this approach. We sold our home in 3 days and got the asking price - all because we were realistic and got excellent advice from Vicki. There was no hard sell on over the top and expensive marketing; we did the things that work and we reaped the rewards. We can not speak highly enough of Vicki - recommending her is as easy a decision as getting her on the job in the first place. It's simple; if you genuinely wish to sell your house, engage Vicki as your agent.
