I used Cindy Richards for a number of reasons. Firstly, I had previously had experience with her and had found her professional, knowledgeable and extremely approachable. Also she lived close to the place I was selling so was highly aware of the market for the place I was selling. The sale of that place was due to the ending of a long term relationship.
