Jason presented as faultless throughout the whole process of the sale and I couldn't be happier with the result he achieved! I am of the opinion that he gauged the market perfectly, seeking to list at a higher price than I thought would be possible, but he was proven right, seeing the value of location, elevation and view as a major selling point, and when I was happy to accept an offer, he could see the enthusiasm of the purchasers and coaxed an additional $5000 over and above - full marks!
