We were lucky to meet and give Dean from PRD Oatley the task of selling the family home after an earlier meeting, this is the first home we have sold in many years and by following his advice and guidance it was obvious his expertise was and did make the process a lot more of a pleasurable experience than what we were expecting. I was certainly apprehensive leading up to the sale of our house, Dean gave us excellent advice on how to prepare and market the house and made us feel comfortable and excited about the process. He spent time giving us ideas on presentation, laid out an expected timeline in the lead up. Then gave us honest and transparent feedback throughout the sale and after each open. Leading up to the auction Deans advice lead to a great result on the house and I would highly recommend Dean to anybody looking to sell.

Working in realestate I thought finding a home would be easy, turns out it’s definitely not. I met so many agents and saw so many properties but Dean and his team were so lovely and transparent throughout the process and extremely accommodating. I have no idea how to put into words how grateful I am for the support, professional advice, drive and knowledge Dean brought to our campaign.
