Dean was an absolute pleasure to work with! We had previously worked with him when we purchased our place and so it was an easy decision to choose him again when it came the time to sell. Communication was excellent and I never had to follow up with him on how inspections went etc. He was also professional, open and honest with us about how the market was looking but never pushed us into doing anything we didn’t feel comfortable doing. We really appreciated and valued Dean’s perspective and advice when selling our place in a really difficult property market.
